NAFIS is being populated to cover as many enterprises as possible but currently it has the following enterprises in Livestock:
- Dairy Cattle
- Chicken - Layers, Broilers and Indigenous
- Ostrich
- Dairy Goats
- Bee-Keeping
Information covered for each enterprise include:
- Types and uses
- Sources
- Husbandry practices including Pests and Diseases
- Value addition including handling
